Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Professional with 5–10 years of experience in Product Engineering services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth across India, including account prospecting, lead qualification, proposal coordination, and deal closure.
You will collaborate closely with Sequoia’s leadership and technical teams to develop tailored go-to-market strategies, craft customized solution pitches, and build long-term, trusted customer relationships that drive sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective customers across target verticals such as Healthcare, Industrial/Manufacturing, IoT, Semiconductors and Enterprise.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare solution proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Sequoia’s service offerings and accelerators .
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enable repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline, track progress through CRM tools, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Support marketing team  — events, webinars, and LinkedIn campaigns — to drive lead generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to strengthen Sequoia’s positioning in the market.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in product engineering services sales, preferably with exposure to embedded systems, IoT, Cloud/DevOps, or AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and align them with technology-driven services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging with decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience in proposal management, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred).
  • A self-starter with a hunter mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
